Dutch Sport Horse Sales present at World Championships Young Horses

14 September 2016

The World Championships for Young Horses will take place from September 14th – 18th in Lanaken. Since it is the international platform for show jumpers, the Dutch Sport Horse Sales cannot be missed at the event with a stand. With two horses that qualified for the World Championships for Young Horses, the auction has yet again proven to meet up with the highest standards.

The event in Lanaken is the centre from which young talented show jumpers conquer the world. In total 613 young horses and 370 riders out of 47 nations will participate. Amongst others, Albert Zoer, Niels Knape, Piet Raijmakers Jr., Wout-Jan van der Schans and Jur Vrieling will take part in the event.

DSHS-collection includes two horses that qualified for Lanaken
Two horses of the collection of the Dutch Sport Horse Sales qualified for the World Championships for Young Horses. These two young show jumpers are Carrera VDL-son Garbrant RT and Falony (by Cardento). Because of the approaching auction, it was decided not to let the horses participate in Lanaken: they need to be in very good shape during the DSHS. The Dutch Sport Horse Sales is a worldwide known auction. Many of the horses sold via the auction are active in the highest level of show jumping. Since most of the horses of the DSHS are sold to international buyers, it is essential that the auction is present in Lanaken. The stand is a fixed asset in the road to the auction.

The Dutch Sport Horse Sales will be represented at the long side at the Ratina arena. As always, this stand is combined with the Limburg Foal Auction that is organised one day after the DSHS. Their collection exists of 109 talented foals.
