DSHS Youngster of the Year lives up to promise!

2 May 2017

LUMMEN – Jumping horse Brighton Bay (by Ultimo) was honoured with the ‘DSHS Youngster of the Year Award’ September last year. The prize was acknowledged by the organisation of the prestigious jumping horse auction. Brighton Bay is living up to promise together with his rider, the Czech Emma Augier de Moussac: the duo won the 7-year-old class in Lummen last Sunday.

The Longines Spring Classic CSIO5* attacked a large turnout. The 7-year-old class was divided into two groups of approximately 40 contestants due to the high number of participants. Augier de Moussac and Brighton Bay claimed a fast victory with a clear jump off in 40,74 seconds. The number two, Joris Vergauwen, finished in more than 2 seconds slower.
