Grand Prix victory for Cescha M at Saugerties

14 June 2017

Isabelle Lapierre has been able to add a wonderful victory to her palmares with the Diamant de Semilly-mare Cescha M. Other DSHS’ers sold in 2011 and 2012 also generated recent success.

The ten-year-old Cescha M has been unbeatable with Isabelle Lapierre for many times. In the HITS Saugerties Series they had several successes already, and this came to a new peak by winning another Grand Prix. In 2011, Cescha M was sold at the Dutch Sport Horse Sales and she has developed into a true ambassador for this auction. “Cescha M gave me a superb feeling from the start of the course so I knew I had to go for it. And she did it too, so we won! We’re partnered for five years now and we know what we have. She’s fast and she’s jumping awesome!”, said Lapierre after their victory last week.

Twice top four
Also the Harley VDL-son Constable II, auctioned in 2012, performed well last week. Together with Laura Kraut he was ranked fourth in the Grand Prix qualification (1.60m) of CSIO5* Sopot. And last but not least a good performance of Clearwater (s.Clearway) under Marilyn Little. They were placed third in the 1.45m class of CSI4* Upperville.
