With successively the well-producing Grand Prix stallions Colestus, Plot Blue, Kashmir van Schuttershof and Quick Star, this future talent has great origins and Kolivar leaves no doubt about his potential. This means that all ingredients are present with which he can grow into a horse that will make a difference in the future. Under Christian Kukuk his sire Colestus performs at the highest level and he invariably tops the stallion rankings as he develops into a top progenitor. The latter also applies to dam’s sire Plot Blue, who achieved great sporting successes under Marcus Ehning and already produced a respectable number of internationally performing offspring. Granddam Casandra already foaled the international showjumper Hummer (s.Zambesi) and she herself is a half-sister of -among others- the 1.45m level performing Arash (s.Rash R) ridden by Louise Simpson. Other international showjumpers that originate from the direct damline of this promising Kolivar include Qualdandro Z, Chamcara, Dante and Coulisa, who all perform at 1.50/1.60m level.
