A top talent with the perfect combination of power and reflexes

This French-bred top talent caught the eye while competing in France last year and has since successfully been trained in the Netherlands. This gelding, with his excellent reflexes and jumping ability, has an impressive jumping technique and stood out in the Stal Hendrix competition last summer. Kymi Grand Prix did not inherit his qualities from just any stallion, as his sire – Cornet du Lys – proved his exceptional showjumping skills with José Maria Larocca Jr. all the way up to the Rio Olympic Games. In addition, a remarkably high percentage of this Cornet Obolensky-son’s offspring  perform well in the international sport. The oldest offspring of Cornet du Lys, such as Iron Dames Combella and RR Vitaly, are leaving their mark already at the highest level. Kymi Grand Prix has inherited more jumping talent from the Grand Prix stallion Bisquet Balou van de Mispelaere, who adds his genes to this French sport line in the second generation. With offspring such as Beau de Laubry Z, Sherlock and Bisquetta, he has also proven himself capable of producing horses for the top sport.
