Born to be Wild is a very fine jumping horse who through his sire Ustinov, one of the highlights of the current jumping-horse breeding world, has inherited all the aspects of the Libero H dynasty. Born to be Wild shows a nice technique over the jump and also possesses excellent bascule. On his dam’s side Born to be Wild goes back to a valuable sports bloodline, over the stallion Wolfgang and the thoroughbred Apple King xx, that has produced many international sports horses such as Tosca (s. Numero Uno), the Olympic horse Ennio (s. Zeus) whose mother, Warola, is also Born to be Wild’s grandmother, Ticannaf (s. Gran Corrado), Larola (s. Goodwill) and Mirolus (s. Goodwill). His qualities are also secured through his mother Jarola who, as well as Born to be Wild, also produced the national jumping horses Nojardo and Orola. This dam-line also produced Zheraton, one of the eye-catchers in the Dutch Sport Horse Sales 2009.
