The five-year-old mare Fame is one of the favourites in the 2015 DSHS collection. This Cardento-daughter stands out due to her unprecedented ability, reflexes and easy way of jumping. Under Peter Eriksson Cardento won three team silver medals at the World Equestrian Games. Last year no fewer than six Cardento-offspring were competing. Fame has a good pedigree which includes Ahorn, Orthos, Joost and Rigoletto, and is out of a strong dam-line which has already produced the KWPN-approved stallions Baltic VDL and Vegas VDL as well as international jumping horses such as Orville (Carlos Milthaler), Qulander Z (James Paterson-Robinson), On Target (Erin Davis), Wilandra (Vadim Konovalov) and Vilandro K (Alexandr Belekhov). In short, Fame seems to have everything that will later make the difference at the very highest level.
